For Christchurch and South Island clients I run engagements identically to my Auckland clients: weekly video check-ins, shared project documentation, transparent ticket tracking, and the same free discovery and fixed-price build. Travel cost (when an on-site visit is part of the agreed scope) is quoted up-front and capped.

I'm based in Auckland but deliver to clients across all of New Zealand. For Christchurch and South Island engagements I work remote-first, video calls for discovery, project check-ins and reviews, with on-site visits when the project warrants it (kick-off, integration testing, training sessions). Most of the actual build work would be remote regardless of geography.
