How the numbers work
This calculator is deliberately simple. It gives you a fast, honest sense of scale, not a quote. The real figure depends on the systems involved, which I work out with you for free before any build is priced.
Multiplied by your working days to give the monthly cost of doing the task by hand. Use the fully loaded hourly cost of the person doing it, not just their wage, if you want a truer number.
A well-built automation handles the routine cases end to end. The remaining 10% covers exceptions, checks and the odd case a person still needs to look at.
A rough allowance for AI model calls, hosting and the services the automation talks to. Simple tasks cost less, document-heavy ones a little more.
Every project is quoted as a fixed price after a free discovery call, so the build cost is not in this estimate. Most builds take two to six weeks and pay back inside the first year.
